Men who believed that they own the exclusive right to the presidency of a country. It is an eyesore that this ugly trend continues to hold sway in Africa at a time when most of the world has embraced democracy. Presidents continue to look for every means possible even to the extent of employing state resources to retain power. This will not help us in any way. If true advancements are to be made on the continent, then we need to find a way to give opportunities to new leaders with fresh ideas. The issue of life presidency is abnormal.
