Are African countries having a fair trade deal with European countries?

Ivory coast, Nigeria and Ghana exports several thousands of tonnes of cocoa every year but they generate virtually less than a quarter of the revenue of the European companies that buys the cocoa.
The trade deals between African countries and Europeans are not favourable to Africa because while there are restrictions by European against dumping of processed cocoa products in Europe, they are using the World Trade Organization to frustrate African countries from doing much to protect local industries that are into cocoa processing.
This type of injustice abounds in all the spheres of trade.
How can we put a stop to this?
